This reader bundles the following third-party libraries in the lib/ folder.
They are NOT public domain: each keeps its own license, reproduced below.
The reader's own code (index.html, style.css, app.js) is separate from them.

1. pdf.js 3.11.174 (lib/pdf.min.js, lib/pdf.worker.blob.js)

   lib/pdf.worker.blob.js contains the unmodified pdf.js worker (pdf.worker.min.js),
   only wrapped into a JavaScript string so it can run from file:// pages.

2. JSZip 3.10.2 (lib/jszip.min.js)

   JSZip is dual-licensed (MIT or GPLv3); it is used here under the MIT license.
